A new report from the Overseas Development Institute and Oil Change International claims that the countries that comprise the G20 have not started to phase out fossil fuel subsidies despite an agreement to do so in 2009. Dr. Michael Mann comments that greenhouse gas emissions from fossil fuel burning has already had negative impacts on our livelihoods.
