Michael Mann – Science Under Siege (Islesboro Forum, Islesboro, ME)
The Islesboro Forum welcomes you to its Summer 2025 season. We are pleased to offer six outstanding programs on the six consecutive Sunday evenings beginning on July 13 and continuing through August 17, 2025. The one-hour programs start at 5:30 pm at the Islesboro Community Center. We invite all islanders to attend and participate interactively in the Question and Answer portion of the program that follows the speaker’s presentation.
August 10 – Professor Michael Mann, Presidential Distinguished Professor of Earth & Environmental Science at the University of Pennsylvania, Tyler Prize recipient and co-author of the forthcoming book “Science Under Siege: How to Fight the Five Most Powerful Forces that Threaten Our World”.
